1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through the websites nudade.es and nudade.com is Iván Hernández Gonzalo, acting as a private individual within the framework of a project in a validation phase (not incorporated as a company or registered as a regular economic activity). You can contact the controller at info@nudade.es about any matter relating to the processing of your data.
2. Data we collect
Through the site’s forms (valuation request and estimate calculator) we may collect: name, email address and, if you choose to provide them voluntarily in a later contact, phone number, the town or city of the home, the age and sex of the owner or owners, your relationship to the owner, the indicative value of the home you enter and the payment option you are interested in.
We do not collect special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) or financial data such as account numbers or payment details.
3. Purpose of processing
We process the data solely to: deal with your request for information, prepare an indicative estimate of the value of the bare ownership using the calculator, and contact you to expand on that information if you ask us to.
At this stage of the project, the data is not used to manage a real sale, as the site does not yet provide brokerage services. If the project moves into that phase in the future, you will be expressly informed and, where applicable, new specific consent will be requested for that purpose. No automated decisions with legal effects are made based solely on this data.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding acceptance box and submitting the form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).
5. Retention period
We will keep your data for a maximum of 6 months from receipt or from our last contact with you, unless you request its deletion before then. After that period it will be deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
6. Recipients and processors
Your data is hosted and managed through Netlify, a web hosting and form management provider, which may act as a data processor under the GDPR and whose servers may be located outside the European Economic Area, relying on the appropriate safeguards provided for in the regulations (standard contractual clauses or another equivalent mechanism). Your data will not be disclosed to third parties other than those necessary for the technical operation of the site, unless required by law.
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw the consent you have given at any time, by writing to info@nudade.es and stating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access, taking into account the limited nature of the data processed and the nature of the project at this stage.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or the development of the project, particularly if it moves into an incorporated business phase. Any significant change will be published on this page, stating the revision date.
