In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), you are informed that the websites nudade.es and nudade.com (hereinafter “Nudade” or “the site”) are a personal project owned by Iván Hernández Gonzalo, with an address for notices in Barcelona, Spain, and contact address info@nudade.es.
Nudade is currently in a validation and development phase (preliminary version or “MVP”). It is not a commercial company or a registered real estate agency or agent, and its owner does not regularly carry out an economic activity through this site. This information will be updated and expanded (including, where applicable, the company name, tax ID and registration details) if the project moves into an incorporated business phase.
2. Purpose of the site
This legal notice governs access to, browsing and use of the website. The purpose of the site is to provide information about how bare ownership (nuda propiedad) works as a legal arrangement, to offer an indicative calculation tool and to allow interested parties to request information or an approximate valuation by leaving their contact details.
Access to and use of the site does not under any circumstances constitute a binding offer, a real estate brokerage service, or financial, tax or legal advice. The information provided, including the calculator results, is for guidance only and does not replace the official valuation or the professional advice that a real transaction would require, which, where applicable, would be handled through the relevant qualified or licensed professionals (notary, approved valuer, legal and tax advisers).
3. Terms of use
Users undertake to make appropriate use of the site’s content and services, to provide truthful information in the forms and not to use the site for unlawful activities, activities that infringe the rights of third parties or that are contrary to good faith.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, design, “Nudade” brand, logos and code of the site belong to their author or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
5. Liability
The site owner does not guarantee the continuous availability of the service and accepts no liability for damages arising from misuse of the site, from technical errors beyond its control, or for the accuracy of the indicative estimates provided, which must never be considered final. Links to third-party sites are provided for information only, and no responsibility is accepted for their content.
6. Governing law
Relationships arising from the use of the site are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent under the applicable rules, including consumer protection legislation where applicable.
